Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and protective seals are still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or start crafting your exchange within 5-7 business days.
